IFHP (PFSI) clients: we support you from the start
Are you covered by the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP, or PFSI in French)? We welcome you for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hand therapy and medical appointments, among other services: see the full list of services further down. We help you with the paperwork and with opening your file from the start.

Occupational therapy

Specialized physiotherapy
Targeted care for children, athletes, concussions, vertigo, the face and the jaw.
Perineal and pelvic floor physiotherapy
Pelvic floor rehabilitation for women, before and after pregnancy and at every stage of life.
Pediatric physiotherapy
Care adapted to babies and children, from birth to adolescence.
Hand therapy
Rehabilitation of the hand, wrist and elbow after an injury, surgery or persistent pain.
Mental health therapy
A confidential space to talk about what you are going through and build practical strategies.
Concussion and TBI
Rehabilitation after a mild traumatic brain injury or concussion.
Vertigo (BPPV)
Treatment of vertigo, including benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
Bell's palsy and TMJ dysfunction
Rehabilitation of the face and jaw to regain comfort and function.
Massage therapy: it is open to all our clients, but it is always paid privately. It is not covered by the IFHP.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need all my documents to book?
No. Send us whatever documents you have and we will contact you. If you have seen a doctor, please send your prescription to medicalphysioversal@gmail.com.
Which documents should I bring?
Mainly a piece of ID, and your prescription if you have one. If you don't have a prescription, no problem: we can help you see a doctor.
Can you help me with the forms?
Yes. We help you with the paperwork and with opening your file from the start. Call us or write to us.
Is massage therapy covered?
No. Massage therapy is open to all our clients, but it is always paid privately.
