Hand therapy is targeted rehabilitation of the upper limb. It helps you regain the movement, strength and dexterity of your hands for your activities, work and hobbies.

The hand is a fine, complex structure: a small injury can have a big impact on work and daily life. Hand therapy assesses the mobility, strength, sensation and use of your hand, wrist and elbow.
Treatment may include exercises, manual therapy, advice to protect the injured area, scar care and strategies to gradually return to your tasks.
