Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps reduce pain, restore mobility and get you back to your activities after an injury, surgery or persistent pain. Your physiotherapist assesses your condition and builds a treatment plan adapted to you.

Physiotherapy

What is it?

Physiotherapy is about how your body moves. Your physiotherapist assesses how your muscles, joints and nervous system are working, then looks with you at what is limiting your activities.

Treatment usually combines explanations about your condition, adapted exercises, manual therapy and practical advice for daily life. The goal is to help you manage your condition more independently, at the clinic and at home.
