After a concussion or mild traumatic brain injury (TBI), adapted rehabilitation helps you manage symptoms and gradually return to your activities, work or studies.

A concussion can happen after a blow to the head or a sudden movement, such as a fall, a road accident or a sports activity. Symptoms vary from person to person: headaches, dizziness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, sensitivity to light or noise.
Rehabilitation starts with a complete assessment (neck, balance, vision, tolerance to effort). Your therapist then guides you through a gradual return to activities, in contact with the doctor when needed.
