IVAC clients: your care is covered
Is your file handled by IVAC? Our physiotherapy, occupational therapy, acupuncture, concussion rehabilitation and medical appointments are covered by IVAC, so you have nothing to pay at the clinic. We help you with the paperwork and with opening your file from the start. When returning to work is more difficult, we also offer second-line rehabilitation (ECF and DCF).

These services are covered by IVAC, so you have nothing to pay at the clinic.
Medicine and medical follow-up
Doctors on site for your appointments and the medical follow-up of your file, working with your rehabilitation team.
Second-line rehabilitation: ECF and DCF
Functional capacity evaluation and development to help CNESST, SAAQ and IVAC clients return to work.
Occupational therapy
Regain your independence in daily activities, at work and at home.
Mental health therapy
A confidential space to talk about what you are going through and build practical strategies.
Acupuncture and cupping
Complementary techniques to help relieve pain and tension.
Concussion and TBI
Rehabilitation after a mild traumatic brain injury or concussion.
Massage therapy: it is open to all our clients, but it is always paid privately. It is not covered by IVAC.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to already have an IVAC file to book?
No. Send us whatever documents you have and we will contact you. If you have seen a doctor, please send your prescription to medicalphysioversal@gmail.com.
Do I have to pay for my treatments?
No. The services offered to IVAC clients are covered by IVAC, so you do not pay. Only massage therapy is always paid privately.
Which documents should I bring?
Mainly a piece of ID, and your prescription if you have one. If you don't have a prescription, no problem: we can help you see a doctor.
