Massage therapy helps release muscle tension, reduce stress and support recovery. It can be used on its own or alongside your other treatments.

What is it?

Massage therapy uses a range of hands-on techniques on the muscles and soft tissues. Your massage therapist adapts the pressure and techniques to your needs, your areas of tension and your comfort.

It can help you relax, ease the feeling of stiffness and recover better after exercise. It works well alongside physiotherapy or osteopathy.
