Osteopathy

Osteopathy uses gentle manual techniques to assess and treat restrictions in the body's mobility. It considers the person as a whole.

Osteopathy

What is it?

Osteopathy is based on the idea that the different parts of the body are connected: a movement restriction in one place can create tension elsewhere. The osteopath looks for these areas of restriction through palpation.

Treatment uses a variety of manual techniques (mobilizations, stretches, gentle soft-tissue techniques) adapted to your age, condition and comfort.

What we treat

  • Back and neck pain
  • Joint stiffness
  • Muscle tension related to posture or stress
  • Tension headaches
  • Jaw tension
  • Back and pelvic discomfort during pregnancy

Who is it for?
