Kinesiology

What is it?

A kinesiologist is a physical activity specialist. They assess your condition (strength, endurance, mobility, balance) and build with you a safe, realistic exercise program.

Kinesiology is often the natural next step after physiotherapy: once pain is better controlled, it helps you regain confidence, build capacity and keep your gains over the long term.
